My family has used these services for over four years. Specifically, over these years my elderly stepmother and father both needed many different levels of care. With my parents living in Florida and my residence in New York, I have been able at all times to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that my loved ones were in capable caring hands because oftheir excellence in service. Every need was met in an incredibly timely manner. I found Just Like Family staff to be totally reliable and trustworthy, as well as completely competent. From the staff member who interacted with me over the phone and who oversees the scheduling of the employees- to each employee we used over these years, they all demonstrated a highly professional and caring manner. On all levels this entire organization is responsive to the needs of the aging population they care for. They rise above what is expected to assist in this difficult time in life.
The name of this organization is totally appropriate. In every way, they fulfilled the needs of my family just as I would have done had I been present. In particular, I cannot praise enough the primary caregiver, Micheline Olibrice. She truly has become a loved member of our family. With sensitivity and thoughtfulness, she has been a caring, compassionate member of my parents' home.
When the needs of my father rapidly changed, on every occasion they were able to quickly put into place exactly the level of care that was required to meet those needs. My parents were cared for and kept safe by this organization.
My own background has been in the medical field for over thirty years, with the last 15 years having been the supervisor of a Hospital CAT Scan Department. I have absolutely no reservations to highly recommend this organization to anyone needing their services.
