Who We Are

Nikole Stillman was born in New South Wales, Australia.  She was raised in Singapore where her father oversaw the quality control division of a major international corporation.  Her exposure to travel, education and experience made up a very diverse background for such a young woman.  Nikole returned to the United States when she was in her high school years, and then attended the University of Florida.  Nikole began working in banking where she was soon promoted to Supervisor.  Shortly thereafter, she was recruited to join a home care agency, where she began her career in home health care as a staffing coordinator.  Nikole worked for the next seven years helping this company grow to a multi-million dollar company across the east coast of South Florida.  In 2006, Nikole relocated to Naples where she opened her own Home Care company, JUST LIKE FAMILY HOME CARE. 

Nikole's specialty is the matchmaking of patients and caregivers.  She is very creative in meeting any personal needs of the many patients serviced at her company.  She is always available and acts immediately even in emergency situations.  Nikole is very close with her own grandmother, which enables her to have a unique empathy for both her patients and their families. 

Nikole has two dogs, Tai Tai and Tao, and is passionate about animal rights.  She volunteers with the Naples Humane Society and is also very involved with Temple Shalom's Sisterhood Membership Committee.  She has volunteered with the MS Home Foundation and the Relay For Life in Naples.

Elisabeth Nassberg was born and raised in New York State, where she also attended college.  As a child of parents who have had long-standing careers in social and educational services, she is sensitive to the service challenges faced by families, and is passionate about developing needed responses.  Elisabeth graduated from the State University at Oneonta with a Bachelors of Science in Business Economics, and during her college years she held several management positions including opening the first Video Store in the Student Union for movie rentals for students.  Following graduation, she relocated to Boca Raton, Florida, where she began working in 1996 for a Nurse Registry based on the East Coast of Florida.  After working in the accounts receivable department, and learning the Nurse Registry business, she assumed progressively responsible positions leading to her appointment as an Administrator.  In that work experience, Elisabeth helped the business to grow from a small office into a large company, which currently has several offices covering Florida's East Coast.  In 2006, Elisabeth and her family relocated to Naples, Florida, with the objective of developing a Nurse Registry business that would serve the West Coast of Florida.      

Elisabeth specializes in facilitating good relationships with JUST LIKE FAMILY HOME CARE's patients and their families. She volunteers her time in charitable causes that benefit the local community, including the MS Home Foundation and the Relay for Life.  She has a close relationship with her grandmother and her grandmother's friends, which has provided her with unique insights into the specialized concerns of older individuals and their families. 

Elisabeth is committed to helping others.  She is a cancer survivor, which makes her particularly sensitive to the health service challenges that patients and their family members face. She is a mother of two boys, Noah and Joshua, and wife to Jacob Nassberg, JUST LIKE FAMILY HOME CARE's Director of Marketing.

Jacob Nassberg was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  He attended Nova Southeastern University, where he majored in Sports Management and Marketing.  He began his career in Advertising, and then went on to become a licensed Life, Health and Annuities Agent for a number of major companies.  Focusing on the needs of individuals and families needing Primary Health and Long Term Care Insurance was a perfect prelude to Jacob's career in home health care.     

As JUST LIKE FAMILY HOME CARE's Director of Marketing, Jacob specializes in directing service providers and individuals to quality services needed by patients and their families.  He often meets with families considering home care to advise them on the vast choices available to them.  Jacob is involved in several professional groups including the Interagency Council and S.A.L.T. (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together).  Jacob served on the planning committees for the MS Home 5K Walk/Run in March 2007 and the Relay For Life in April 2007 in Naples.  Jacob is very involved with the children's sports program at the Naples YMCA and volunteers his time to coach children's basketball and soccer teams.   

 Jacob's father, Sheldon Nassberg, M.D. F.A.C.E. is a prominent Endocrinologist who has been practicing for over thirty years in South Florida.  Jacob has a unique insight to compassionate patient care by virtue of his exposure to his father's practice from the time he was a young man. Jacob has traveled all over the world and studied abroad in Israel during his college years.  Jacob is a father of two boys, Noah  and Joshua, and husband to Elisabeth Nassberg, JUST LIKE FAMILY HOME CARE's Administrator/Chief Financial Officer.
